Exchange Policy
Exchanges
Products are available for exchange or store credit only after 7 days of receiving your original order. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bikini products.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please handle garments with care when trying them on, as we cannot accept exchanges for items with makeup stains, perfume, body lotion, tan residue, pet hair, or any other marks. Please ensure underwear is worn when trying on.
Organising your exchange
To start your exchange, please contact us here. If we accept your exchange, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item/s. Products sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of exchanging any item(s) back to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the product to ensure it’s original condition and notify you to process your exchange for another item or issue your store credit. Please note our store credit have a 6 month expiry date from the date received.
